Just so y'all know,
 there was Lexington style barbeque from High Point, NC in the fridge when I got home tonight. It was marvelous. It was delicious. I was would-be-perfect if there had been hush puppies. But even so, I warmed it up, put it on a bun with barbeque slaw, and… yeah.
